My relationship with coaching started officially in 2006. Since then I continued the process of academic and practical learning as I transitioned into this emerging career field.
In 2016 I affiliated with the International Coaching Federation (ICF). Recently I was awarded the Master Certified Coaching (MCC) credential - this credential verifies 2500 coaching hours, more than 200 coach specific training hours and many hours of mentoring and supervision. I’m now one of the 4% of MCC coaches of more than 55 000 ICF credentialed coaches in the world.
It is my purpose to support a person in her/his/their environment to use his/her/their unique strengths and skills to make the future beautiful and live a life of awe and joy.
My own transitioning in careers and roles, while studying and living a family life, prepares me well for guiding others during change and uncertainty: turning negative stressful situations into energising changes.
I’m passionate about learning. My work as a pharmacist and other relevant studies equipped me to encourage people to realise their potential in ever-changing milieus. I’m at ease with not knowing. It excites me to read, think, muse, diffuse, discover and apply.
I find my energy in my surroundings – the beauty of nature, the changes of seasons, the flow of air and water. I love finding the patterns and the connections between seemingly unrelated elements. I breathe the pauses and stillness of the world around me. Silence is movement in stillness.
I bring all of this when I partner with you. We, together, create the space of conversation and movement.
